The entire staff is incredibly rude, from the front desk associate to the manager. Avoid this location and go to the Dell Drive location instead. It is worth the 15 minute drive to be treated professionally with superior work and people who don't ignore you for an hour when you are 15 minutes early and the very first customer of the day. In contrast, the staff on Dell Drive had me in and out in 5 minutes and my car was fixed well and ready two days early.

I take no issue with the quality of their work, it has been excellent in the past. However, Their communication has been worthless and has cost me several hundred dollars. Here are the text messages which are pretty much all the communication that I received: Mar 8th We have your car and will provide updates March 26th We expect your car will be done on the 4/17 March 28th The repair is underway and your car is on track for 4/17 March 29th We are over halfway and your car is on target for 4/17 April 1st We are on track for 4/17 April 8th We are nearing completion So after 5 text messages telling me "we are on track" I get: April 12 We are moving your date to 4-26 I then hear nothing for 12 days and get: April 24th We are moving your date to 4-30 So as of this morning I am allg

From start to finish- great experience. I want to credit my rep Marcus for being courteous, friendly and a real gentleman to be around while my car was repaired.
