My vehicle was there for 4 days, out of my car was stolen two rings estimated about $5,000 together. Have yet to hear back from anyone there, no call from management. Would like to receive my items back or willing to take legal action, my vehicle and belongings should be safe in hands of a business.

Appreciated how they walked me through the insurance process, kept me up to date on progress and were timely in getting the repairs complete. My car was also nice and clean when I picked it up.

Body shop has not repaired vehicle they have had in their possession since before Christmas. The insurance company only covers rental for limited time now my dad has been without his vehicle for two months. No courtesy vehicle offered and no real estimate of when the vehicle will be repaired.

Gerber did a very nice job repairing my Lexus after an accident. Jim was great to work with, they were timely and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Very professional and excellent customer service!! I would give them 10 stars if possible. They kept us informed about the progress the entire time by calling when the needed part was ordered and once the part arrived. They gave us an estimated completion time frame and honored it, and the important thing is that my husband loved the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them.
