Everything was great until it wasn't. I've taken two different vehicles on two different occasions. My first experience was great, second time around was not! I made the mistake of not taking pictures of my vehicle in its entirety before dropping it off. There were scratches on my vehicle that were not there before and not a cause of my accident either. They refused to take accountability for it. When I voiced that my vehicle didn't feel balanced and there was a noise coming from the passenger side, I was brushed off. I wasn't kept up to date as to what was happening with my vehicle. As long as you don't complain and keep quiet they will treat you well. Will never be back!

These guys were great to work with. My insurance listed them as one of the preferred locations to get the repair done and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were quick and easy to work with. There was no BS fake claims for repair that I’ve gotten from other shops. Their prices were the most reasonable out of any repair shop I’ve been to.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for a company, but Gerber Collision totally deserves it! They did an AMAZING job. I had to get two doors replaced and some new paint etc, and my car looks great. Want to give a huge shoutout to Jose for keeping me in the loop the entire time and doing such a great job. Also, Becky as well at the front desk who was super sweet and always helpful. Thank you again to the whole team!
