Gerber Collision & Glass did an outstanding job on my car. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to get my car back on the road quickly. The repair work was done in a timely manner without cutting corners, and they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s clear that the employees here genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. My car looks and drives great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Unsatisfactory communication regarding an ongoing front-end collision repair and diagnostic. After two weeks without her vehicle, the back-and-forth with the collision technician was frustrating. I do not recommend this service due to its lack of reliability in service and required repairs to return the vehicle to roadworthy condition.

10/10 experience. I went in to gerber for car accident that I had. They where super helpful with everything. They fixed the dent I got and also made my bumper look brand new by taking out the scratches free of charge. I enjoyed everyone that was there they where all friendly. Just want to say thank you. Would recommend.

I took my car there because they are my insurance company's authorized repair center and where they do the estimates. They offered a free loaner car. I thought I could save a few hundred on a rental by using the loaner. When I arrived the very big receptionist was yelling at the guys in the back to take out garbage and to do other chores. One guy came out to check in my car and looked like he was on drugs, sweating profusely. He took my key and said he would look it over. A few minutes later he took me to the "Loaner" car. A late 90's Chevy Malibu. Many dents,dings and scratches. All three back windows had tint...well kinda...there was more air under the tint than glass.
