Germain Service Center - Germain Lexus of Easton

We have used Germaine Lexus service center since we moved to Columbus in 2023. Jeff Hathcock has been our advisor since the beginning and has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to meet our needs on every visit. Staff is great as well, always greeted with a smile. Will continue to get our ‘22 ES300h serviced here and looking forward to our next purchase later this year with Germaine!

Hands down the best car service experience I’ve ever had. They have stuck their necks out for me multiple times, all last minute, just to get me back up and running again. I genuinely want to use Lexus just based on this service history alone. (And on top of many other things). Highly rated. Highly advised. You can’t go wrong here. Nate is also a great service advisor if you need one!

I cannot express my appreciation enough. The experience at a Lexus service center is completely different from my previous Ford/Lincoln experience. The waiting lounge is stellar. It feels like home. Clean, comfortable, many amenities. There is a quiet room, TV Lounge and a business center at the high top. Pulling in, I get greeted by name. They always put me first from the meet and greet to leaving.

Initially, we considered certain repairs, but Nathan took the time to recommend an upgrade to our tires, leveraging a promotional offer. This saved us from unnecessary costs and ensured great value. Nathan was clear that no additional work would proceed without our approval. Since the repair took time, he offered a loaner vehicle so we could continue our day seamlessly. The whole team, from the front desk to checkout, was equally professional, making everything smooth. Thanks to Nathan and Germain Lexus of Easton this is now our go-to Lexus center.
