Took my 2010 explorer in for a transmission repair actually this is the second vehicle I've ever taken there both times I've recieved excellent car care thank you jeff you and your team for excellent care and quick and good work you have never let me down

Traveling from Arkansas and our transmission went out on our 2003 Suburban. Based off reviews we called Jeff and just like everyone else’s experience he was did awesome work. Got us back on the road quick and transmission works great. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely incredible. Fair, reasonable, honest. Jeff and his team were very professional to help get our car back on the road. We bought a lemon from a used car dealer, and Jeff inspected the car, looked for ways to help us save money, communicated with the used car dealer to help recover some cost for the repair. Car runs great. I really cannot say enough good about Jeff and Germaine's.

Transmission works great!!! They went above and beyond the scope of work quoted to me. During the transmission rebuild they found damage to my wiring harness, that they fixed and stuck to their original quote without hesitation. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
