After having a less than satisfactory experience with another repair shop on a misdiagnosed wheel bearing, I stopped by German Auto Repair. Vladamir diagnosed the issue and gave honest and fair pricing for the wheel bearing and an air strut replacement . He even personally picked me up when my car was ready. I have found my Mercedes repair shop!

Every time I’m here, I see just how many high-value cars they work on, and it’s one of the reasons I fully trust them with mine. The team is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they’re super transparent. They always explain their findings and the work before they do anything. They’re committed to finding the best solution for the customer and are flexible when it comes to installing high-quality alternative parts on request, something an OEM dealership would never do. The owners are super friendly and great to work with, and communication is always smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Vlad and his team worked above expectations on my Audi. It has several small issues that were giving me a check engine warning making passing inspection impossible. They continued to dig down and were able to complete a difficult job. You feel fortunate to have GAR around, knowing they are skilled and caring. My daughter has used them for many years and highly recommended them. Now after my first visit I agree these folks are good people.

December 23rd is not an ideal time for a check engine light to come on, to say the least. I didn't make it home for Thanksgiving, so Mr. Vlad probably saved my life by making my Christmas travel possible. lol. I called with my concern, Mr. Vlad diagnosed the suspected issue over the phone, and after he inspected it n person, his original thoughts were confirmed. I was given a quote and a loaner car (a rare perk for a mom and pop shop) and with a few short hours I was back on the road good as new. He sent me pictures of the work and texted me when it was done (ahead of schedule). I'm impressed and will be a loyal customer from here on out.
