I am new to the BMW world, so this was the first time I have used them and I was blown away with the entire experience! They were very professional, nice, and upfront about everything. I knew exactly what to expect the day of (time it would take, cost, etc.) - which I feel is rare for auto places this day in time. This is the BEST place I have had any work done on my cars in 40 years that really new what they were doing. Wayne is such a nice person. The shop is spotless clean. Such positive and honest people. I wish they worked on American cars. They are deserving of 10 stars. I usually do not write reviews however, these guys just impressed me so much. They should own two shops to keep up with their great business. I can not say enough “GOOD” towards every aspect of meeting them and their expertise.
