Had a very positive experience at the newly opened German Autoworks. I went in for my annual service appointment and oil change and everything from scheduling, customer service to pricing was excellent. I will not take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend for those who care for quality service.

I had a great experience at German Autoworks. They worked on my Audi Q7 and were extremely thorough from start to finish. The team did a full inspection, clearly explained what needed immediate attention versus what could wait, and kept me updated as the work progressed. The repairs were done professionally, on time, and exactly as promised. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair for the level of work performed, and I felt confident my car was in expert hands the entire time. Special thanks to the service advisor for being patient and transparent throughout the process. This review is long overdue. I brought my Porsche in for service and the tech Antwan fixed all the issues I had with my car. It’s never ran this good so big shoutout to him. I also worked with a gentleman name Luca this young man is excellent and he kept me up to date on my vehicle progress the entire time. If you have a German car and you want top-notch service you will not go wrong by getting it serviced with German Autoworks.

I had my brake pads and struts replaced, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made it easy to work with them. The results were excellent, and my car drives better than ever. Don’t go here these people scam you!! The Mechanic LUCCA Said he was not going to charge me for a dignostic at first. Then he called and said that he had to put more time and he was going to be charging $500 and I said ok. Then he called again and said that needed more time and was goin to charge an additional 2k just for telling me what the car had. I said no and I went to pick up the car.once I sent the tow truck to pick it up They did not want o give the car to him eventhou he payed them and was trying to keep my car. These people are professional scammers don’t go here
