Very happy with the very high quality of service from Eddie the service manager and the technicians at German Car Depot. Eddie communicated the status of the vehicle frequently, explaining the issues, recommendations, and timelines. He and the technicians took the time to test drive the vehicle after repairs were made and ensured that all issues were addressed and tested for performance. Key issues on this 164,000 mile, 14 year old, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, included battery replacement, a fuel injector replacement, sunroof drains cleared and the DEF heater replaced. Fast turnaround for all this work - about 48 hours!

As a new Mercedes owner I can say that I was a little concerned where to take my car upon purchase to get a check up. I searched up the most reputable places to do the job in the area. Took my Audi SQ5 in for a coolant leak. Eddie took care of me when I came in the door diagnosed car in a couple of hours, had a quote ready for coolant leak and other things car needed. This shop is very professional and has great customer service. Milton car mechanic that worked on my car was extremely professional and nice. I will come back again. My car is repaired everything is working fine.

I had the guys at German Car Depot inspect a Porsche I am interested in buying today. The report I received was very detailed and the price they charges for this service was phenomenal. Told me everything I needed to know to make a decision about purchasing this vehicle. I tip my hat to you guys! I have had both my car as well as my daughters worked on here & they are absolutely amazing. We both have VW - got us in quick literally day of - and were so good at communicating, sending pics of what needed repairing & fair in price. Mine was not a simple repair as it is a diesel and required a new fuel pump, high power fuel pump, water oump, timing belt, filters, etc. They checked in multiple times thereafter to make sure it was running great! We will stay loyal customers. Also just super kind people which makes all the difference!
