Fantastic Shop! Melvin and his son have a wonderful shop. I just bought my first Mercedes and was looking for a friendly and reliable shop. When I brought my car to the shop to ask a couple of questions they said "Let's just throw it up on the lift and take a look". It was easy to see that both of them are passionate about Mercedes and doing quality work. They walked me through all the points I should be paying attention to on my car i,e,. known issues. Right away the son noticed that the transmission mount needed replacement. He asked if I was feeling a vibration when shifting I said "Yes". I assumed it was the flex disc(s) but it wasn't. Amazing shop for your Mercedes. I had a piece I needed replaced that was quoted $700 and we found it on eBay for $80 and also got my entire car checked over. The service you need for Mercedes.

I actually had an employee at a Mercedes dealership recommend these guys. She told me they had more experienced mechanics. She was right! These guys were great! I have a 20 year old car with extremely low mileage. But the vacuum system to unlock the car and trunk would go out. Also, leaking air strut, etc... I really feel like my car is finally fixed. The dealership had free donuts and a real nice lounge. These guys are better at fixing your car and their prices are lower. The choice is simple. I'm glad I went to German Car Service and will go here in the future.
