Gerry's Service-Complete Auto Repair

Service was good for my son's BMW 3 but lying about transfer case oil change is really bad! We agreed price of 280 dollars for the work and I even gave them VIN number to make sure they know which car we are talking about. Later in I got a call from the manager telling me that he was thinking the car had 6 cylinders. He was claiming that 4 cylinder transfer case oil change price is almost 500 dollars! I did approve the cost because the job needed to be done Later on I did talk with several people including BMW to find out that these people were lying! Good work, nice people but not honest! Not the way to start business with me! Osmo

We are very pleased with Gerry's Service. We called for an estimate and they did some research and called back with a ballpark number that afternoon. In comparison, we called the dealer & were told that we'd have to bring the car in and it was $190 per hour to diagnose the problem. There wasn't much to "diagnose". Our dog snapped the windshield wiper control off at the steering column. Gerry's did the work quickly & for less than the estimate. They were great!

Bruce took excellent care of my classic as if he owned it himself! He gave it a test drive & gave it a complete once over. He explained to me everything that needed to be done, according to his findings. He gave me up front parts costs and labor costs. His estimate for length of time was pretty spot on too! He definitely does his homework on classic and specialty cars, digging in to the way things were actually built and installed in years past. I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be taking my classic there in the future! Another plus that I really like was appointment setting! Great job, to Bruce and his entire staff, for making what could have been a nightmare into a dream come true! (New brake system all the way around, master cylinder, and E-brake system)

After my tire broke loose from my car I was able to get towed to Gerry’s Auto Service. Everyone there was extremely professional. I received a thorough report of the work that needed to be done and was kept appraised of any new discoveries and the cost of these repairs.
