Get Wet Car Wash

I love it here it’s like my second home they have everything you need plus they’re super nice!!!😍🧽🧼🫧 I love them!

Pretty disappointed. Got started on the holiday special of $10 a month for three months, but after the first month they couldn’t process payment (nothing changed on my end). No one contacted me about the failed payment—I didn’t find out until I was in the wash line. After they pushed me through the wash, they made me pay full price instead of fixing the monthly discount. Then they said they can’t give the discount anymore because their IT department couldn’t fix it. They never clarified upfront that it wouldn’t go back to the discounted rate to honor their promise—instead, they acted like they did me a favor by giving one premium wash at a discounted rate. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had a great experience up until things got inconvenient for them. Thier so called "free vacuum" to use isn't "free". Because you still have to pay something to use it. I don't need a car wash just a quick vacuum to my car and an old lady told me I have to pay for a car wash first to use thier "free" vacuum. That's very disappointing. Nothing is really "free" anymore. At least not over there anyway. I don't recommend this place if you only want to get a quick "free" vacuum for your car. I suggest going somewhere else then here if you believe what they say is "free".

I have always been very skeptical about running my vehicle through a car wash tunnel because I had a few bad experiences with other washes in the area. A friend recommended Get Wet to me so I decided to give them a shot. I now been using Get Wet for over 2 years now and they over exceeded my expectations every time! Very clean facility, they remove all debris behind truck beds so it doesn’t dirty their tunnel or scratch your vehicle, their pads and brushes always look new and they do not water down there chemicals like other washes do. Me and my fiancé decided to become fast pass members which saved us both! I highly recommend these guys! The owners are very friendly as well!
