Terrible Service and Quality - Twice Disappointed I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the service I received at this Toyota dealership. After bringing my car in, I had to return it not once, but twice, due to a complete lack of quality control. Each time, I was met with more issues. It's clear there's no proper quality check before returning vehicles to customers. I was shocked by the numerous problems: overspray, an "extra" window in my car, rough spots on the tailgate, running paint on a door, only one taillight working, and door pillars falling off. I expected a certain level of quality and professionalism from a dealership, but my experience was nothing short of horrible. I do not recommend their service department.

I was sent here to get my Hyundai repainted under the warranty they just issued. I dropped my car off on August 11th and picked it up August 27th. The problem areas I had were the trunk, inner portions of the front fenders, front/rear window drip rails. There’s a really huge lack of communication, which when you have someone’s vehicle you’d think they’d update you a little more. The trunk does look amazing, however, both of the rear drip rails are ALREADY peeling up. There’s also is a lot of over spray over on most of my rubber seals around them. My headlights are super hazy and have moisture in them (they were both clear and dry when I dropped it off). Again the trunk looks great but the drip rails and overall experience here was not of the same quality.

I dealt with Larry Allen Jr. He said it would take a week, but it only took five days. He kept me updated and was terrific. The office was terrific too. They did an excellent job. My car looks like new thank you

I would like to thank Larry Allen for providing outstanding customer service! His communication was applauded from the beginning to the end. In addition to the accident- damaged door, he provided an estimate that would repair the back bumper, due to Hurricane Milton; as well as repainting the front bumper. The estimate my husband and I received, was lower than we expected. We were beyond pleased with the repairs and the new paint job. Truly amazing results!

I had a great experience with Gettel Toyota Collision Center! Larry was amazing and very involved throughout the entire process, keeping us updated every step of the way. When dealing with an insurance claim, you never really know what to expect, but they made it completely painless. My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and excellent communication! Highly recommend!
