I had the greatest experience! I had my paint recalled for my car and JB was absolutely amazing. I ended up getting some other stuff done to my car while it was there and he explained stuff super well even for people who aren’t super knowledgeable with vehicle damage/cosmetic. He gave me updates while everything was happening. Grant was also great with being able to let me know about my car being recalled and gave me all the information. Both of them have great customer service! I’m very happy with my car and how everything looks. Of course I hope nothing happens to my car but in the events it does I will definitely go back and will recommend everyone to go here! Thank you JB for everything you did for me. :)

I really appreciate the body repair work they did on my car. It looks even better than it did originally. They are very considerate and take the time to listen to you. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. Although the process may take a bit longer, it’s absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend them

Amazing service my car was done in a week. The people were very friendly and attentive to my needs and questions. When I got my car back it was like new they cleaned the inside and outside as well very impressed never had a body shop go above and beyond loke this one . Will definitely be back if I ever need collision service again. I also definitely definitely recommend to anyone.

Ronnie and the team at Gettel Toyota Collision have repaired my car twice now. The first visit was due to a careless driver in Macon, GA changing lanes and hitting my vehicle at high speed on the interstate. The second visit was due to another careless lane change in The Villages by another driver.
