Geweke Ford

I’ve purchased many cars from this dealership and enjoyed great service up until a few years ago and now it’s the worst I’ve experienced in a while. Have routine maintenance performed on two vehicles last 2-3 years and almost every time within a few months were back in for something else related to repairs made previously, only to be billed for more expensive repairs. Promised dates never materialized, service advisor never follows up with call backs, always me calling multiple times to get answers and after this week I’m officially done with Geweke Ford!

If I could leave a zero I would. Scheduled a service and was told that a system update recall would take about an hour and that they could do transmission inspection in 4 hours. I live 45 min away, my choice to come tomorrow location but none the less more frustrating, and had my finance clear her day and drive separately so I wouldn’t be stranded. When I got to the service counter they told me that a transmission inspection would take at least a week and I’d have to leave my vehicle. When I stated that I was not told that on the phone, the service counter employee told me that whoever I talked to his job is to just get me here and that it’s his job to tell me the bad news.
