Scheduled Service A for Sprinter Van online - staff called to verify which was appreciated. The convenience of online scheduling and the comforting reassurance of real customer service staff confirmation was greatly appreciated. Front desk team checked me in perfectly on time and kindly answered any of my questions as a first time cusotmer. They provided a very reasonable range of time to expect the vehicle available. Waiting room was comfortable but I took advantadge of the great diner next door as a way to pass the time. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner and the staff was thorough in reviewing all data. From booking to departure G&G Autohaus exceeded my expectations!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did an amazing job of inspecting and diagnosing. Fast at research and getting parts. I have a 1978 450sl and parts are becoming hard to find. I will be using this shop exclusively for my Mercedes.
