How is this company in business with the amount of complaints filed against them? I recommend any business, look to another company. Any one who uses these towing services are vultures to consumers and better be ready to be reported themselves as as a business to consumer affairs. Terrible customer service, and their guidelines are actually present to make the process of releasing your vehicle impossible. I was told I can pic my car up (paid for less than 12 hours after tow, but been in their custody for over 72 hours by the time I get the car back. Their “policy” for collecting my OWN VEHICLE THAT HAS BEEN SATISFIED, is that it can be released M, W, F - between 11am-1pm. How does that make sense? During a lawful repossession, this tow company improperly handled my personal property. Although the vehicle was already secured and the tow yard already had a key, an additional BMW key was removed from the car and not placed with my belongings. That key was my personal property and belonged to my other vehicle. Even if the key had belonged to the repossessed car, there was no legitimate reason to retain or dispose of a second key once the vehicle was secured. Retaining it exceeded the scope of the repossession and caused me to lose access to my other vehicle, resulting in ongoing transportation costs. This company is an absolute scam. They charge you for every little thing possible & CASH ONLY. On their website it says that they will remove all personal items, take inventory & immediately throw away hazardous items (“food, liquid, & perishable items”) & also charge you to get your belongings back, take off your license plate & will notify you. The ONLY time you can pick up your vehicle is Monday - Friday 10am - 1pm how do they expect normal everyday working people to be able to make that, just drop our lives & ask another to clear their schedule to drive you or uber?? I can confirm that I was not notified & the woman I spoke to was very rude, but you cannot be rude or even say the wrong thing back or they will terminate you & not allow you to get your vehicle back. I wish I could give zero stars this place is horrible. Staff was rude and ignorant. My main complaint though was how they tried to to extort me out of $180 when the bank told me not to pay them any money at all because it was included in my fees for my loan. They demanded that I give them $180 Cash or they were not gonna release my car, even though I told them that my bank told me not to pay them any cash Because I was going to be charged. I called the bank and they told me the same thing while I was at the lot again to not give them any money because I was already paying for it.
