I bought 2 used vehicles at this dealership Town and Country minivan and a Jeep Patriot. The price for both was very competitive and the service was phenomenal. Zak is a scrupulously honest individual who made sure that both used vehicles were in tip top condition. When we had some reoccurring issues with the Jeep during our warranty period he was extraordinarily accommodating in ensuring that problems were addressed and the issues resolved to our satisfaction. If we need another vehicle Giant Auto Sales is going to be our first stop.

I was recently searching for an Audi Q5 and saw one pop up at Giant Auto Sales online. I have had no previous experience with them, but I have to say that they were a pleasure to do business with. Upon arrival to see the car Zak was hesitant to let me test drive it as he stated there were some issues that they had not been able to take care of yet as the car had just recently arrived there. I drove it around the parking lot and was assured that the issues would be rectified. So I made the deal and Zak made it super easy and pleasant. A week or so later(even with the Thanksgiving holiday that week) Zak called and said the car was ready. I went to pick it up and was thrilled with how it looked(on the outside) and drove. Was in a bind and needed a vehicle due to another totaled vehicle in the family. Zack was accommodating, friendly, personable and stayed late since I lived out of the area and had to take time off to drive down (which is the only reason I didn't give a 1 star review). Test drove a Subaru Forester and I ID'd issues that needed to be resolved. Came to schedule pick up day and he wasn't available (don't other people work there?) so had to take more time off to get vehicle. Fuse panel cover missing on pickup day (was ID'd at test drive) and still heard lingering brake and chassis issues but needed a car at that point. Previous Subaru recall work hadn't been completed as well. Took vehicle to dealer and one other trusted mechanic two weeks later and ended up spending an additional $2000 i
