My wife and I came in to Giant Rec looking at new travel trailers and was met by Chris Smith. He really made the looking at different options a breeze. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us all the amazing inventory they have. My wife really appreciated he was not pushy in any way! On January 23rd, 2026, we took delivery of our 2025 Coachman, Colorado. We received excellent assistance and service from Ryan. Chris, Sean, Javits, Elizabeth and Justin as well as Courtney in parts. Everyone went over and above to make this a great experience! This is our fourth RV that we bought from Giant Recreation world in the last 15 years.
