Giant Tire & Auto Care

I had some A/C repair work performed on my car this morning at Giant Tire. It was a great experience. A friend of mine recommended this garage as it was a Christian business and was reputable. When I arrived Lyn welcomed me and kept me up to date on the repairs that were being made. The technician did a very good job inspecting and diagnosing the problem. The repairs were made correctly and in a timely manner. I also talked to Bob who worked there. We talked about my time in the Navy as well as his son serving now. It was great passing the time talking to him while my car was being worked on. I’m very pleased with the service performed on my car and the professionalism displayed by everyone working there. Well. I had a very peaceful experience. I was at all time updated on my vehicle the issue and progress. Mechanic did an Amazing job with my vehicle and I even was offered free coffee and doughnuts.Thank you Great Tires Auto care

Buying a Vehicle From Florida Fine Cars has been a joy, after purchasing a few year old vehicle that needed a few minor body / interior repairs Giant Tire was there to Help, Fast, Respectful and most of all great to work with. Patience, respect and a smile goes a long way for me as i am also in the Auto industry, I CANT THANK Lynne enough for the help so far, and going forward!

I took my car to get an oil leak fixed last year December. They claim it was fixed but I head the same problem the day after. Took it back. They changed the top gaskets. Took it home same problem. Took it back. They changed the bottom gaskets. Took it home. Same problem. Took it back. Now they say it was really a crack in the valve cover and the bolts were loose. This is after already sinking nearly $3000 into repairs. They want another $350. Bear in mind they keep my car AT LEAST a week every time I drop it off. As of today they have not called me back as promised. I am going to take it elsewhere. Consumer beware. I went there because they advertise themselves as a Christian business.

I tried to get service here but was completely Ignored for 10 minutes and the only time they addressed me was for Me to not be inside of the building. Just a young woman with a busted tire across the street.maybe they think little black women arent customers or something idk, but they probably wouldve given me an awful tire anyways, likely dodged a bullet. 15 minutes i was there.
