10/10 Would absolutely recommend your services. My battery died and I was having trouble finding a reasonably priced tow truck to help. Not only was it a great price, you went above and beyond to help. My battery was too dead to jump, he removed the battery and was able to purchase and install the new one. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be my first call if I have car trouble again

The fastest response time I’ve ever seen! My truck broke down on the side of 388 and he was there within the hour I called which is by far the fastest any tow truck driver has made it when needed. Very kind and helpful and explained to me everything I needed to fix the issue I had with my truck. I will be calling max anytime I need a tow from now on.

Great service. However, did not disclose that they were cash only until then car was loaded. Did not take debit cards or any other form of payment, therefore I had to scramble to get to an atm when I was already stressed. It could be a better customer experience.

The customer service representative that handled my call Max, was so understanding of my situation and quickly dispatched one of their expert team members to assist my wife and children when I was out of town working.
