This company is amazing. I totaled my car today on I10 when I hit a patch of water and hydroplaned into the concrete barrier. They were on the scene quickly and helped us every step of the way through the high stress situation. They handled the situation with compassion, which is more that I can say for the state highway patrol. Luckily we were all safe and the driver took us all the way to our original destination in Louisiana.

Mr. Rider came literally 2 minutes after a call was put in. He had my vehicle hooked up to tow within 5 minutes. He got my vehicle into a shop that would be able fix it right away. I couldn’t have asked for better help during a bad situation. I have dealt with other tow services in my time and Mr. Rider’s truck was clean and smelled clean, he was clean and a perfect gentleman.
