It was a great truck buying experience. David my salesperson was awesome. He was transparent on all they had to offer and was great at explaining the details. Victor in finance knocked out the paperwork got me a better rate and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Will definitely be going back in the future.
The receptionist Kitty was 100% helpful. But not the mechanic that works on my GMC , he dirty driver side ( mud ) And left the car glove compartment on the passenger side floor . If he was working on it he didn't finish it. Do not recommend that mechanic .
Service was great. Only issue was communication. I was told the vehicle would be ready in Thursday and would receive a call to verify. That call never came. I called back on Friday and left a message two times, and no call back. I made third call and asked NOT TO BE PUT THROUGH to voice mail due to lack of communication, and the individual said the truck was ready yesterday. Lloyd
My salesman Jim Hamby was easy to work with he showed me the pickup that worked for me in my price range we made the deal there were several different incentives that was really good I was in and out of the dealer with the pickup in about an hour. He had already prepared the truck to go Everyone I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable
Im so excited with my new 2026 gmc elevation 2.7 turbomax truck i love everything about it i dont regret anything about it,The staff is very friendly treated me & my wife like friends. Jim hamby was our salesman & he was so helpful answering all our questions had so much patience. Jim would always smile & made us feel comfortable.Also want to thank victor the finance manager. You the man brotha. Your an amazing person very professional & knowledgeable , he helped us with a few things made everything stress free.made us feel at ease on getting that warranty i was kinda hectic at first but victor being who he is made it happen thank you victor we had a great experience there we will be going to gill gmc in madera again for our next vehicle in the future
