Gillman Honda Houston Parts

I have been ignored by a sales rep at the whole department on several occasion that I begins to wonder if the dealership has any customer service training for it staffs. All stated with another staff ordering a wrong part costing $1200.00. when i complained at the counter, this guy came around and advised the other sales rep to ignore me. issue resolved after a manager stepped in. ever since i have been having problem with this guy to furnish me with the parts and the only reason he is there and getting paid. The last snub came on Saturday where is he walked away after attending to another customer. Both himself and the cashier were making eye contact and grinning while i waited for a while for another staff to attend to me.

Avoid this place, they love to scam you into extra service. Came in for oil change they tell me I also need tire rotation because they check and it look like my front tire are more worn out than the back. Take my car to discount tire and they measure it in front of my face and tell me my tire are equally worn out. I just got it rotate and balance 3 months ago.

The finance department gave me wrong information for a lease buyout. When I realized that I was getting overcharged by 3.7k, they backed out and told me I misunderstood. I had 2 witnesses with me. I am glad I was able to go to my bank to get the lease bought directly from my bank. Not to be trusted.

I waited over 5 hours to get my vehicle serviced (scheduled maintenance). Went in before 11am, still caught 5 o'clock traffic driving home. Absolutely terrible experience and I definitely won't be back to this location.

I went to Honda to look for a new car and mark helped me out . He was so well informative about the cars and answered all my questions. We did a test drive in the car I wanted to drive and was so helpful showing me all the new things and things Iv already had in my previous Honda. I was supper happy with my visit and my time with mark .
