Gillman Nissan Service

I had a situation to see if I had warranty of what needed repaired. After discussing, it was no problem to schedule appointment to get free service to replace what was needed. The service advisor (Eddie Lopez), assistant was very helpful.

I brought my Pathfinder in for a hood latch recall. Service was quick and efficient and the waiting area was comfortable and equipped with stations for working with my laptop as I waited for my car. I appreciate the repeated reminders from Gillman to get this service done. Thank you.

Time for oil change and tire rotation and Gillman Nissan is always my first pick for my Rogue. The service manager (Andrew) always checks and reviews my record and what is needed and looks for discounts. He always explains what’s been done and what is needed next. The best part is my car is always washed before returned to me!

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Vae S The scheduling person, hopefully I got her name right. She is very helpful and was very pleasant when we have spoken by the phone. I know when people provide great service it goes unnoticed most of the time. Easier for people to bring up the bad instead of the good. I usually don’t write many reviews, but today I had a very disappointing experience with customer service and maintenance at this location. I took my wife’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep asked what I needed, no greeting or smile, just a serious tone. I handed him a coupon that included a discount and a free multipoint inspection. He said it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours. I asked about the courtesy ride home, but the driver was unavailable, so I decided to wait. When the car was ready, I noticed the tires hadn’t been rotated. The rep insisted it was done, but after checking with the technician and before pictures, he confirmed it was not done. Still, there was no apology, just a question asking if I wanted it done now or to cancel. I told him to close the t
