I went in for a 30k scheduled maintenance for my ‘22 Impreza. I was texted by Brandon to talk about possible upgrade options to a newer vehicle while I was there. He introduced me to Jalil who was extremely professional and thorough with all my options. After he listened to my situation and what I was looking for in an upgrade we narrowed it down to just one ‘25 Outback in the lot with a wonderful mileage and deal attached to it. He worked swiftly to have my needs met (remember I only came in for a scheduled service, not a new car) and worked with the top notch finance team to make it all make sense. I went in to get a oil change, multi point inspection, and tire rotation, they were awesome. I received video from them as they were inspecting my vehicle, very nice in my opinion. This is my first Subaru and just by their service and politeness plus I like all the benefits you get from Subaru. I will be looking into getting another vehicle in the future with Gillman Subaru. I had such a great experience with Mario. He’s a very upbeat, positive, energetic and awesome service advisor. I’ve had many cars in my life and the experience I have received from Mario at Gilman Subaru has been phenomenal. Mario gave me a fair estimated time of what the repairs I came in for would take and he went out of his way to stay in communication with me to have the completed before. Great training. Gillman Subaru is amazing. Super professional and highly ethical for a car business. Kyle was the best service specialist I've encountered in the last 20 years. I met with Sia who also wanted to buy my vehicle back. Their offer was amazingly far more than I expected. I had to say no because I wasn’t looking for a newer vehicle or car note. We received excellent responsiveness and repairs. We received a response to any question within 15 minutes. We also got detailed answers regarding the recommendations they made. Everything was accomplished within the original timelines. We will continue to use Gilman Subaru. Great staff. Even the lounge for waiting is unusually nice.
