I thought the guys were great. I enjoyed my experience. I called ahead of time to get my cooling system flushed on my 2013 Kia. He told me the cost would be $159, and said I could bring it in right away. I was there within 30 minutes. They did the flush, and he printed out the invoice, and said, oops, the charge is actually $209. He said they must have changed the price. The fact that he didn't honor the $159 quote means I will never go back there, ever.

I am beyond words right now.. point S has done approximately 8 THOUSAND dollars in repairs on my car. Front shocks Rear sway bars Rear differential Drive shaft It’s been making some noises.. so I took it in three separate times and on three separate occasions, they have sent me on my way telling me Nothing is wrong with my car Well, something is clearly wrong with my car so i Ticket to another mechanic, who told me that my rear differential fluid looked like shit and that my driveshaft was loose so I googled the symptoms my car was having and it came up saying that my PTU fluid was probably low. I took it back to Point S and told them that I wanted them to check my PTU fluid Because I think that’s what the noises are that my car is making. They kept it overnight and then called me to tell

If I could give a half star I would they had my car for 3 weeks and couldn't even fix my sunroof, they actually made it worse. They fixed my back brakes instead of my front ones that were so bad it could have been a safety issue. They charges me over $800 for just back brakes and an oil change. Tony waits for women to come in and plays off their lack of knowto charge more. I have pictures to prove all of this.
