The Ontario team at Gill's Point S is AMAZING! (It's literally never a disappointment.) They take time to explain details and differences specific services will make in performance. They don't push for sales but share their knowledge without hesitation. They're never dismissive - no matter how many "stupid questions" I ask to better educate myself. The best part might be the great conversations with the staff in this store. Stand out automotive service and a very pleasurable encounter - every visit. Dustin was great. No pressure, just honest, friendly help. Gave me options on tires and got a fair price. Checked other tire shops and Points gave us the best deal. I will definitely go back to Points in the future.

Went in today for a tire rotation. I have been using this shop exclusively since Mike owned and Tom managed it in 2013. They provided the best service I could have ever imagined. I bought a used vehicle recently and haven’t needed to replace the tires yet. They were going to charge to rotate the tires, I believe they have the right to do so. I did not have them provide the service. I also have the right to look somewhere else after purchasing at least 9 sets of tires from them over the last 12 years.

I have always been treated with professional and kind service. They will get you an appointment quickly and take concerns seriously without high pressure. You are given all options before they service your vehicle. Awesome company!!!

Went to get a tire patched, 1 guy just looked at it for 30 seconds then tried to tell me the tire was bald even though it still has sufficient tread and told be he wouldnt work on it and tried to force me to buy new tires. Im a delivery driver i know when tires need to be replaced and when they don't. I do not recommend this place they will just try to up sale you and squeeze money out of you. Poor customer service all around.
