The prices beat everyone else, the service is the best as well as the tuaround time. I'm on my second set of tires for my Dodge & getting ready to purchase my second set for my Toyota. I highly recommend Gills Point Tires on E Fillmore, I get all my tires there including my trailers.

After my visit yesterday, I left an honest review based on my experience. Fast forward 24 hours, I received a phone call from Preston that I found intimidating and inappropriate. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I felt pressured and uncomfortable by the way the situation was handled. Customer feedback should be welcomed and handled respectfully. Unfortunately, this follow-up interaction left me more concerned than my original experience. I hope the business chooses to respond to reviews constructively in the future rather than contacting customers in a way that feels threatening.

I asked for a budget tire, they gave a great deal with a 45,000 mile warranty. Had to wait a bit but was very happy with the end result. Always will recommended this great local tire shop.

Where’s the no star option. I’m not sure if this guy is new, but one of the tire techs, Preston, needs to leave his emotional baggage at home. I had asked him a question about the different TPMS sensor types for my own understanding, (he had mentioned to me there are different types)which he took as an attack on his intelligence. Instantly, it escalated into him cussing me out, telling me he’s done helping me, and storming off like a child. Hopefully he’s only doing peoples tires because I can only imagine what a nightmare a brake replacement would bring. Being they unfortunately closed the North Academy location, Fillmore is the only location in the city to still honor the free services Point S offers with tire purchases.
