Sean made my whole experience 10/10 from the time I called in and through the whole visit. He was a great listener regarding my car concerns! He offered a full courtesy Inspection, as we are loyal Bruneel / Point S customers. He was so friendly and attentive when I had questions. Sean offered my kids and I popcorn and water as we sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is plenty spacious. They even sent us a video text of my car’s issues so I could send it to my husband and include him on all decisions we needed to make for our family car. LIKE WOW! What a great company to do business with! Thank you!
