Super great experience here. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We were helped after an unfortunate day of bad winds traveling through Great Falls. That kind of hospitality is hard to find these days. Really appreciate their kindness and help—definitely recommend this shop!
Great place Jessica does an amazing job for finding what you are needing in tires. Also point s beat some of the other stores in great falls for prices. For what I was looking for.
My son had a tire that needed to be patched. Previously all our tire needs were done in Great Falls. I didn't feel like driving to Great Falls and decided to give Gills Point S a try. We only dealt with Jessica and boy was she nice. I appreciate the service, honesty and not to mention how she went above the call. I will do business with them in the future. Thanks Jessica for making this a pleasant experience!
Absolutely WONDERFUL Service!!! Would highly recommend! We were on our way to Missoula when we ran over a razor blade about a mile down the road from Point S. When we pulled up Jake immediately got in our vehicle and was able to assess the damage. He gave great recommendations and we ended up with brand new tires for a fraction of the cost you would get them any where else. Jessica was also very sweet and accommodating while we waited. We were only there for about an hour before we were back on the road!!! Will continue to give them our business from here on out. They also let us know that we had the wrong tires on our vehicle that was installed by a “reputable” business….smh. So so so greatful for Jessica, Jake, and the rest of the team for being so quick and efficient! So far the highlig
