Jeff and crew are very knowledgeable and friendly. Mechanic services are very reasonably priced and he's very honest with his assessments, including when something is out of his range of expertise. In those instances, he always has recommendations for specialty shops, and I've had good experiences at all shops he's recommended. Highly recommend visiting this business.

I was a regular customer for a few years now. Recently had both of our cars there for inspections / service. On my Crown Vic, the windshield washer wasn't fully working. The fluid came out pretty good on the driver's side but not too well on the passenger side of the windshield. However, it did function and worked. Asked Jeff to see if he could make it work better. Paid plenty in labor. After getting my car back, I realized that the windshield washer was no longer working at all. No washer fluid would come out at all? Stopped in and told Jeff about the problem. He looked under the hood, confirmed that the pump was working but didn't know what the problem was. He never asked if I could leave the car sometime for him to take a better look at it and/or try to correct the problem. Basically sa
