Very great Buisness! They make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with their order. Also, is very good at making sure everything is correct and how the customer is wanting it. No complaining here. Just very positive words for this small industry. P.S. If he doesn’t pick up, just give him a little time to respond/call back if he doesn’t answer the phone right then and there. But, he will surely call you back asap when he has a chance!

I called to get an estimate on my businesses store front glass replacement. He said he could come out the next day which was great. I then shared with him that I was getting a few estimates before committing to anyone and to give me a call before he headed my way so I could be sure that I would be there. He then informs me that if I wasn’t serious about him doing the repair that he wasn’t going to waste his time and gas coming out. Very unprofessional and it’s ridiculous to expect someone to agree to have a costly repair done without knowing what it will cost.

I called one day to get a quote on a small pieces of glass. The phone was answered immediately. After I provided the details, he gave a quote and said he'd have it done the same day. I agreed to the price and he said he called later that day when it was ready to be picked up. When it was getting close to his closing time, I called but no answer. I called again twice the next day. He never answered or called back. Poor way to do business. You shouldn't agree to a job and then never do it.
