One of the few places with used Toyota parts. Helpful, honest, multigenerational FAMILY owned business like this country needs more of.

What ever you do dont go here for any service. They quote prices over the phone and tell you a higher purchase price in person for the parts. They will also sell you a faulty/broken part like they did me and the customer service is poor I sat for over 1 hour waiting on a part just for them to tell me the part puller is busy working on removing 2 transmissions from 2 other vehicles. We bought 2 engines from givens lawrenceville in 1 month. First engine was great and it was literally plug and play. The second engine needed some harness changed to match our car. The engine keeps throwing codes which were all changed but the code for timing related issue keeps coming up, so we went to givens trying to figure it out and ask what does the engine warranty include and thats when the owner became extremely rude and disrespectful. He became aggressive and kept shouting. We kept telling him that the last thing we want to do is pay a mechanic again to remove the engine, we are your customer and just bought 2 engines from you, and he just said tough luck you're going to need to pay. He then went ahead and kicked us out of his business. His own son was apologizing for his dads beh

Givens and their team are amazing. Great prices, amazing customer service and always going the extra mile to help. Have bought several parts from them and have never been disappointed.
