As a Veteran trying to call for assistance this Company does not have one the patience nor the willingness to help. They hang up the phone on the customer as you are trying to describe the problem to them. If you leave on the city of Lynn, I do not recommend.
Just had a bike delivered from Swampscott MA to the Lakes region NH. Called them last night and had it by 11am. Driver was awesome and I talked to Donny at G/J and he made it happen! Thank you guys!
Terrible customer service and scammy practices…. They charged me $65 for certified mail! When the mail came the price on the piece of mail was $10.48, that’s ridiculous!
I just saw a huge towing truck empty flying up the lynn way doing like 50. Thats reckless
They towed my brand new Mercedes for a zone violation and when i got there i had damage notifications on my car and had to call the police to report the accident.
