We found a low tire after taking some good hits on the McCarthy Road. Even though we topped off at a station, we pulled into Valdez at 2:30 with a serious low tire. It was Saturday and we were headed for an early morning ferry. After a short panic, I found Glacier Automotive. They immediately took the car in, found and patched a good-sized hole and sent us on our way. Price was reasonable as well. Thanks, Glacier, you saved our day.
Superb service with a few extras thrown in. I realized last minute I was overdue for an oil change, so I looked up oil change, Valdez, AK, and I was .9 miles from Glacier Automotive. Stuck my head in the door and ask what my chances were for an oil change. YES! He had the correct oil and the correct filter on hand. It took less time than when I go to my dealer with an appointment. considering I am far from home and in Alaska, the price was more than reasonable. Thank You, Glacial Automotive!
Very helpful in my unique situation, last minute purchase over my budget and thay were able to help get the parts I needed for a good price and reasonable deal. Any one needing preventative maintenance done to there vehicle should call and schedule an appointment. Excellent customer service and fast response updates on vehicle repair. (2011 Toyota Sienna)
Had a slooow leak in a tire. Sounds like a simple thing to fix but, a dirty mess job, in the winter for any one. Called ahead, got in within 5 minutes of the stated time and was back on the road not too long after.
