Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

Fist time trying to schedule appointment never received call for appt. Therefore I called and appt was set up for Black Friday (no call received for appt) therefore I called glass America location in Torrance and receptionist was rude and stated that they have been trying to contact me to get vin number but never received a phone call. Therefore vin number taken and appt made for following Tuesday 8am. Went to appt and service tech was late and smelled like alcohol and stated that the wrong wind shield was ordered so appt was cancelled. This is unacceptable when I have a newborn and make plans accordingly to get this address.

Glass America truly best glass shop I have visited. The staff members are to be admired by all, brought my Prius and my old school cars to them and received exceptional service all around. Thank you glass America,

Had to go through my insurance and choose Glass America to do a small repair. They were so helpful and came almost immediately to my house to repair. Would definitely recommend hiring.
