I got there about five minutes before my scheduled appointment, walked in and spoke with the office staff, and they told me I was all set. When I was walking back outside, the guy was walking towards my vehicle and we looked it over carefully, which I thought was good. He said it would be about an hour and a half and they would get a hold of me. An hour and 20 minutes later it was all done and ready to go. Excellent service.

Although a one-man operation on this particular day, I was greeted promptly and my vehicle was serviced immediately. The service was explained in advance and I was provided a fairly comfortable place to wait while the windshield was replaced. The vehicle was tested after the installation and seems to be in like-new condition. Too notch job

Mike made the process of getting my windshield replaced, effortless. In fact, I stayed inside in my office, while he worked out in the cold. When I came out later I had a beautiful new (not broken) windshield. He was in and out like a glass repair ninja, requiring no supervision! And he did a flawless job. Thanks Mike!
