I had the unfortunate situation of needing a windshield repair and in doing research of companies to go with, I chose Glass America because of a helpful conversation I had with Monica. She was friendly and informative in explaining the process. Travis, my technician was the same. Peace of mind and good customer service goes a long way. I drove from Philly to use them simply because their customer service. I’d also recommend to family and friends.
