Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Not a pleasant experience. I was updated about technician not getting to my car at scheduled time, for training, multiple time. I’m not complaining about that. I received text he was working on my car, sent where I could make my payment (paid out of pocket), then got text asking rating of referring to a friend. I decided to go ahead and leave work to pick up my car. Dublin office closes at 5pm, received a text from technician about 3:59pm saying cars ready, able to drive, don’t wash for 2 days, nobody will be in the office so I left your keys on your tire. Found my key sitting there on my front drivers tire on a rainy day. Who cares if it would get stolen or my key fob ruined. Opened my car and I have powdered, shattered glass all over my dash, seats, and floor!! Trim on passenger outside
