Staff is super friendly and very easy to work with! Tech who came out was great too. I would definitely recommend glass America to anyone looking for glass repair/replacement!

Good work, good price, fast service. The windshield in my RAV got a rock and had to be replaced, I called 4 places and Glass America was the best price. They came out to my house at no charge and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. Keith, the friendly tech, explained everything to me, went to work, and got 'er done. He said it would take an hour and it did. He is a very neat worker, you couldn't tell any work had been done to the car and the glass was very clean. I will definitely use them again.

Cheap glass it’s cheap but you know the saying….I went here January 21st, 2025 due to my windshield getting hit with a rock while driving fixed due to Safelite outrageous prices(I should’ve went to them) the windshield tech Jake I think the name is is very nice and also the receptionist. After it go replaced on February 1st 2025 my windshield cracked again due to high heat in the car which is bull if you ask me. Not to mention they must have broken my last windshield in order to remove it is broken glass all over my car. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! I went to Safelite and my glass is still strong

If I were to use medical terms (although this is a glass repair company) Christine is amazing at intake and triage, and has a great personality! Troy, the glass doctor, is personable, professional and humble. I will be recommending Glass America to anyone I know that needs this kind of service. I had booked an appointment with the big windshield company that starts with S on a Monday. Four days later, on Friday, they call and say they will need to cancel my appointment due to sourcing the glass issues. So I did some digging and found Glass America. I was set up with an appointment for the next day, and the cost was 20% less than the corporate suits, which Glass America is not. Thanks again Glass America - Baltimore team!
