I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from Glass America when they removed and installed the front windshield on my Ford Bronco 2023. From the moment I walked into their shop, I immediately felt at home. The staff at Glass America were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. The installation of the front windshield was done with precision and expertise. The technicians were highly skilled and ensured that every step was taken to ensure a perfect fit. BE AWARE this is NOT a real company. Glass America is a false front that doesn’t even hire any technicians. They 1099 contract out work, bill insurance and take their cut. They are NOT a real company and DONT accept liability. I had an 8am appointment and the technician was 30 minutes late. The office isn’t even real, they have no signage anywhere. They told me it would take an hour and after waiting for two hours on them to calibrate it they realized they didn’t actually know how to use the machine to do it. I’ve now had to wait for another contracted out “specialist” to come out to my apartment to calibrate it. What a joke. Use a real and reputable company and save yourself the time and headache.

My rear window needed replacement. Osbaldo and his assistant came to my work and replaced the glass. Very convenient and quick. It took them less than 1hr. They were kind enough to vacuum the trunk as well. Highly recommend. Excellent service from Osbaldo. Thank you

Not recommending this company. The company called me a day before saying that the technician was going to contact me the following day after 9:30 in the morning to let me know the estimate time of his arrival. He called me at 8AM the next day saying "I'm outside" without even saying "hello" or even introducing himself. I was not expecting that time of arrival so he stared to show a little attitude to me saying that now I had to wait from 8AM to 5PM. A day of work totally lost because now I had to wait the whole day with the possibility of the guy not even coming. By the time he got to my address the first thing he started to do was complain about how big the damage was.
