Glass America

I had an exceptional experience with Glass America. I had an appointment scheduled with someone else, but was referred by a friend to Glass America--they were more thorough than the other company to make sure they were giving me the best possible service, and even though they quote a significantly lower price than the other company, they committed to matching the price if theirs was higher. The technician was efficient, thorough, professional, and communicative--and he went the extra mile to fix an issue he noticed on my windshield wipers. I couldn't more highly recommend them and will certainly go back to them if I have another windshield crack.

Not sure if this is the location that did my window because they're a bunch of shifty con artists and don't want it coming back on them. But I would never recommend doing business with Glass America. They did my front windshield and seal two years ago. They broke the first one and didn't even clean up the junk from the original window seal. I don't drive the vehicle much, so I didn't notice until recently that it leaks when it rains. My receipt from the original install said lifetime warranty for any leaks. I called and had them come back out. Before even coming out, the "manager" of the region called and basically said that that kind of window seal "just leaks" and there's nothing they can do about it, so they won't replace anything under warranty.
