Mike and team were great. My windshield was changed in 45 min and did a great job. Mike was highly communicative if he was running late and also was on time when the new time was set. Price was the cheapest amongst all I called and the quality was great!

Glass America exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating when I needed to change the service location, and to my surprise, they arrived two hours ahead of schedule—which was perfect because I hate waiting around for appointments. The technician was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. He met me right at my job, replaced my window in about 45 minutes, and basically got all the glass debris vacuumed up after my car had been vandalized. He truly went above and beyond. I was very stressed at first, but by the end, I was genuinely impressed and relieved. They turned a frustrating situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. Fast, convenient, and professional. The service was above board and very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the speed of the work. I went days with out a window due to the snow storm and the shop was able to get me in the 1st available day after the Strom lifted and even moved my appointment time up due to me having to get my daughter back to college. That the biggest thing I appreciated about the service they thought of my family and helped me get back on the road safely to transport my family around. Thank you Glass America! I recently had many cracks on my 2025 Hona Ridgeline windshield. I contacted my State Farm representative. I was told that Glass America would be contacting me within the hour which they did. Appointment was set for the next day. I showed up, Jonathan O was there, greeted me and thanked me for allowing Glass America to replace my windshield. We both checked out the cracks, Jonathan explained to me about the procedure of the replacement, calibration and test drive. All was complete within the time given. I am totally a delighted customer and very grateful for the work completed.
