Glass America

The install was plagued with issues from the beginning. My first appointment ended with no work done as there office was unaware they didn’t order the glass for my model y. And they were hoping to use a non OEM glass and not disclose that Information. My second appointment ended with 3 paint chips, mangled plastics, interior and a firmware update for the sensors behind the glass. They did not respond to me when I contacted them thought the number they texted me from or by email when I expressed my concerns. I had to figure out the firmware update myself. Put the plastics back but I still have paint and interior damage that will never be right again. I have mixed feelings about this location... 2 month update they still have not taken responsibility for the damage they have caused. I can no
