Very good service. I couldn't do mobile service because of calibration of the blind spot indicator but the in store service was fast and Marie was very gracious and helpful as was the technician. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The only downside if you want to call it that is their location in Newport News is almost in Yorktown. It's a bit out of the way. Otherwise 100% good place for windshield replacement. K Chapman
The replacement service was FAST, excellent, & efficient. It was a blessing to connect with this company and have them come out to me literally the very next day. The gentleman was knowledgeable, kind, & polite while completing the service within the quoted timeframe. I recommend Glass America for any windshield or glass needs!

The tech and the company was so professional plus on time with their scheduling. I am so thankful for the price and the installation of my new windshield. I am on a fixed income and Glass American prices fit in my range and their installation at my home was so quick.
