Lucky to get 1 star, Called to get my windshield replaced due to vandalism. Explained my windshield had been caved in. Explained that I wouldn't be available for the appointment due to being a truck driver. Would like to pay now instead of driving a semi 70 mph and trying to read off a credit card could get dangerous. They gladly accepted payment. Appointment was set for 7-15-2023. On 7-15 the work was not completed. The tech never contacted me with reasoning. Contacted customer service and they didn't understand why. Monday morning received a call explaining the windshield was to damaged. Which was never explained to me while setting the appointment. Needed to bring my vehicle to Rockford. Not willing to tow car there, I cancelled to have work done locally. I asked for my money back
