Glass America

So my windshield replacement was fine and it was done through my insurance. However, my mirror was not installed correctly. I haven’t moved it since that day but today I moved it and it just completely popped out of place! I know to replace the windshield, they have to remove this area so it is the only explanation to this randomly happening to me. I’m a little disappointed to their attention to detail. Especially, since I already had them come back to my house after replacing the windshield , to take wires out of that area for my dash cam. There was two opportunities to catch this issue :/

FYI...I filed a cracked windshield claim, had it fixed yesterday by this Glass America, referred by State Farm. Well, first they said it would 1 to 1.5 hours, it took three. When I got the car back the technician failed to explain or show the customer what was done to ensure all the technology sensors were working. He returned the vehicle dirty inside and there were large imprints from their hands and legs rubbing up against the car. The windshield was dirty with handprints all over it, it was brand new!!! They should have gently washed the outside not to disturb the windshield adhesive, they should have wiped down and vacuumed the inside front. We will see next few weeks if the work was done properly. There is more I can say but they basically took my car, installed a $1300 windshield,

I was driving from Clearwater to Atlanta yesterday when a tire flew up and cracked my windshield :( a very scary experience but the lovely people at Glass America were able to fix it same day as this was an emergency!! Very thankful for the amazing people who got me and my sister safely back on the road!

I was very pleased with their service, Ron did an excellent job in a timely manner and very pleased overall.

The technician was very kind and courteous. He called me first thing this morning — the day of the appointment to confirm the repair as well as came out to my home to do the repair instead of me having to drive 20 miles to their location. He completed the work fast and efficiently. Service comes with a lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend Glass USA. 10/10 experience.
