My son swung his seatbelt and broke the rear driver side window on a Thursday evening. I called Glass Doctor on Friday morning and they were able to get the replacement glass a few hours later and had my window replaced and ready to go by 1:30. Owen was friendly on the phone and upfront with the pricing and time required for the repair. He made it very easy to decide whether to use them. At the shop, they got started as soon as I arrived and had the job done quicker than the initial estimate. The window looks perfect and you wouldn't know that it is a replacement. I would definitely use them again for any auto glass replacement.
